Privacy Policy

Most pregnancy tools are built to harvest and sell your data. How Far Along? is built differently. As a developer-led project, we prioritize technical integrity over data collection.

1. No Personal Data Storage

We do not own a database. Your due date, conception window, and gender predictions are processed locally in your browser. When you close your tab, that data disappears from our "sight" entirely.

2. Cookieless Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to monitor site performance and visitor counts.

  • No Cookies: We do not place tracking files on your device.
  • No Profiling: We cannot see your IP address, your identity, or your activity on other websites.
  • Purpose: We only see "How many people visited?" and "Was the site fast?"

3. Shareable URLs

Our "Share" feature works by encoding your inputs into the URL (e.g., ?b=1995-05-20). We do not store these links. When you share a link, you are simply sending the "math" to a friend so their browser can run the same calculation.
